Visualize The Achievement of Your Goals
Too often the subconscious mind plays goalie for the other team, using limiting beliefs that have been programmed into it from an early age. Using techniques to access the subconscious mind and reprogram it with positive, unlimited beliefs and thoughts will propel us to successful goal achievement.
I discussed some of the exercises we used in martial arts training to broaden our minds capabilities. The ability to “SEE” an image in my mind that another person was thinking directly across from me, showed me how powerful the mind is and what it can achieve if you believe.
I was completely amazed when the guy across from me told me I had visualized not only his wife, but also his brother-in-law. I was also able to FEEL some tension between the two people he was thinking about and when I mentioned this, he told me that his wife and her brother had an argument the day before he left and she was very upset about it. I had not only visualized her and him, but also felt the tension between them.
Meditation
Try some meditation and see how it works for you. As you work up into more time, start working on visualizing you achieving your goals. Visualize yourself in the room when your name is called for an award. Visualize yourself sitting in your new office chair as you start your new business. Visualize and feel the excitement when you take on and achieve your next goal.
I mentioned Pat Flynn with the Smart Passive Income Podcast and how he had mentioned some meditation apps he used. I have never used apps to practice meditating. I have always been taught guided meditation and then on my own. I have guided many people in many meditations as well as having been lead through them.
The Apps that Pat mentioned are here:
Muse Meditation App – Muse has an app you can get for your smartphone and a Brain Sensing Headband.
Calm – The Calm App is one of an amazing app. I also like the Calm.com website. You heard some of the sounds but click on the link to go and see the visualization of the sounds.
Headspace – As Pat says, this is a more economical choice over the Muse Headband and app, and gives you a good start in learning meditation.
Check the apps out and let me know which one you like best in our Comments Section Below.
