Ideas are easy. I have had many. You have had some. Most people have ideas. They just never do anything about them.

Some try to do something, but they realize that the implementation of their ideas is hard. It takes work. Ideas don’t become reality by themselves. There is not an idea fairy that takes those great ideas and waves the wand and they appear.

The implementation of ideas is hard, but if you believe in your idea and you work at it, it can become reality. That’s where Goal Getting comes in. Setting a goal, with specificity and writing it down will start the mind working. Then create an action plan. What do you need to do to make this idea a reality? Who do you need to talk to or partner with to make it happen? How do you set up the meeting with these people? How much money would it take to get this idea off the ground?

Start defining what it will take to get this idea from Dream to Reality. Write down the action plan to do each one of them. Then DO them. Take action – that’s why it’s called an Action Plan.

Work to implement the ideas you’ve thought of and make them a reality.

Guy Kawasaki knows what it takes. He has implemented several ideas. He has great books out to learn from him.

I read Guy’s book The Art of the Start when it was released years ago. He has since updated it.
