Albert Einstein was one of the most intelligent and wise men in history. He created and invented many things. To be such a great mind, you had to take advantage of opportunities and the thoughts and ideas that came into your mind.

What I believe he was saying with this is that whenever you hear about someone having a problem, that provides you with a great opportunity.

Most products that are created are done so to solve a problem. One of the best tips that I have received in life is to ask people what they hate to do, work on, or whatever. When you learn what it is, find a way to make it easier, faster, better and create it. This is the key to achieving your goals. Solving problems for people.

If you want to increase your income, provide value for your company or someone. When you provide value or solutions, you will excel.
